There were so many "follow-up" items with this contract that I couldn't possibly manage & track by myself. Without them in my corner I'm not sure how the transaction would have ended up. Not only do you get support from a transactional perspective, but Alyssa's legal background allows for extra special attention to detail from start to finish. The service we received was exceptional. Selling a home is very complicated and has a lot of moving parts, and people such as myself only engage in a transaction this complicated on rare occasions. In other words, it's impossible for someone like myself to be a subject matter expert on the process.
