We charge a flat fee for each transaction. Email us for the full pricing list! We have an overall Services Agreement, but there is no obligation to use our services. Simply contact us when you have a transaction you need assistance with. If you plan to have more volume, ask us about our volume discounts and monthly service packages!
How will you match me with the right TC?
When you decide to work with us, one of our managers will set up an appointment with you where we can discuss your needs and preferences. From there, we can assess which Transaction Coordinator(s) may be a good fit, and we encourage our agents to have an introductory phone call with the Transaction Coordinator we pair you with before you begin working together to ensure that it will be a good fit. We can always make adjustments if needed!
Can I create a custom package?
Yes, you can! Since you will work with the same Transaction Coordinator for each transaction, you can simply switch out services for services from our Services List, so long as they are services that we provide. Contact us today, and we would be happy to chat with you about your custom needs & items you may or may not need from our package offerings.
What sets you apart from other Transaction Coordinators?
We pride ourselves on hiring Transaction Coordinators who are relatable, personable and easy to work with. They are real people right here in the U.S. whom you would want on your real estate team. We aim to be your partner and "go to" for all of your transaction needs. Many of our Transaction Coordinators are licensed realtors, and all of them have excellent customer services skills. We also like to pair agents with TCs who are local to their area whenever possible.
What if I need someone after business hours?
We will aim to set you up with a Transaction Coordinator whose schedule best fits with your schedule. That way, you are aligned as far as the hours where you may need assistance. If a need should arise where your Transaction Coordinator is not available, we will provide back up contact information, and you can always reach out to [email protected] or [email protected].
What if I move to another state?
If you move, you are welcome to keep the same Transaction Coordinator that you have been using so long as the state that you move to does not have licensing requirements that your TC does not meet. Just let us know if you plan to relocate, and we will do our best help coordinate the best transition plan for you so that you can maintain the level of service you are used to for your clients!
