Had a wonderful experience with Transaction Write!  Working with Alyssa and her team allowed for such a smooth transaction.  There were so many "follow-up" items with this contract that I couldn't possibly manage & track by myself.  Without them in my corner I'm not sure how the transaction would have ended up.  Not only do you get support from a transactional perspective, but Alyssa's legal background allows for extra special attention to detail from start to finish.  The other added bonus is they do social media marketing for you to help promote your business!  I don't know of another TC that is capable of offering these services.  I will definitely be using Transaction Write in the future and you should too!

The service we received was exceptional. Selling a home is very complicated and has a lot of moving parts, and people such as myself only engage in a transaction this complicated on rare occasions. In other words, it's impossible for someone like myself to be a subject matter expert on the process. Between Transaction Write and our agent (Mr. Mack), I found the process to be surprisingly easy and understandable. Transaction Write always kept in touch with us and I knew exactly where we were in the process. The on-line tools were easy to use. I especially liked the introductory email message early on where you introduced yourself, explained the process, and let us know the steps that would be completed.
